My name is Anita, I brought my sister to church to prayer for my sister suffering from womb cancer. We met pastor, Rev. K. J. Mathew and he announced in the church to pray for my sister’s problem. My sister visited all the top hospitals in Bangalore and the doctors told us to prepare for an operation soon. We were worried since my sister is a single parent of a girl and is jobless. Her husband deserted her soon after they had a girl child. We haven’t seen her husband since then. We had no finances to pay the hospital charges which would mount up to about a lakh of Indian rupees. more

There is a lot of false understanding of repentance among Christians today, because there is a lot of false understanding of sin. The standards in Christianity have come down greatly in these past few decades. The "gospel" being preached today by most preachers is a highly diluted version of the truth. People are being told only to believe in Jesus. But believing in Jesus alone will not save anyone, if they do not repent. more
